The Importance of Trust in Leadership

Volvo has over 3,000 leaders and of course, we would like them to lead in a way that we have designed within the Volvo company. I think leadership is very much about inspire, inspire people to walk in a certain direction and to stand for a certain set of values. To be able to get people to follow you, you need to have people's trust. From time to time, trust can be broken due to that you behave in a certain way or the person don't feel comfortable the way that I'm taking action or decision, for example.
