How to Be a Successful User Researcher

The last mistake that I've made for this particular part as a user researcher is not thinking about recruitment criteria and screening a screen or surveys. So we don't feel like we need to write goals down, but it's always helpful because again, we have that opportunity to create that shared understanding with stakeholders. And then we're also reinforcing focus for ourselves.
