How to Meditate in the Word of God

Deuteronomy chapter 30 verse 19 says, behold, I call heaven and earth to record against you this day that I set before you life and death, blessing and cursing. If you aren't letting the Word of God influence your thinking, then you're letting this world system influence your thinking. You are being programmed constantly and you have a choice whether you're going to choose life or death.
