The Importance of Trust in a Change Room

I grew up, you know, this is probably sad to admit this, but when I grew up playing, I ended up being quite a selfish player because I was worried. And actually what that does then by inference is it stops you worrying about everybody else because you're worrying about you. That's very hard to generate a very team spirit that you guys are talking about. We never found that environment because we're all looking after ourselves. Well, I certainly felt that was the case back in the day. Yeah, here I still believe it happens in a lot of teams around the world and even international teams. You sit back and you watch the English somewhere that Usman Koajah has
