Is There a Difference Between a Distributed Sequence and a Local Sequence?

A distributed sequence will be sort of like a virtual list. The data that actually backs the distributed sequence is going to be in different places, stored in files. It's totally transparent to the user. Its just, you know, behind the scenes optimization. If i have one contribution to odo uti idea space at it's that, i'll call it that a wind. That's a lot of really coold stuff.
