I think you've seen over recent times, it's not always going to be the case that a mayor who was elected to be their voice for their place will always then necessarily fall in with some of the kind of Westminster thinking. That isn't always going to happen. I mean, that's just a reality of devolution. Labour needs to kind of really adjust to that reality because it is the reality now.
