The Poshmark deal makes me think that it's the same for companies too. For larger businesses looking to acquire tuck-in acquisitions, they're getting them at a lower price. You can't blame a company like Nover, which wants to grow out of South Korea for putting its cash to work. There are some fire-silled bargains out there.
