We have this glorious opportunity to develop a superpower and I think it is 1000% of superpower to be able to first and foremost accept ourselves. We don't have to necessarily like or love something, we just have to acknowledge it as being true. If you can start by practicing some level of acknowledgement of your humanity, that you are in fact flawed, you are. You know, self-kindness is and always will be the way to receive the best kinds of energy from other humans and the universe.
