France has been one of the countries that have been more opposed to the idea of enlargement. There was a sense of enlargement fatigue, particularly after 2004, that big wave of countries that commenced. The messaging coming out of France at the moment is very much, you know, we're behind Ukraine. We are going to help it until victory.
