The third part is more of who you are. It's not really a part as much as it's the awareness, it's the background of you. The idea of that was to get you into self first because a lot of our lives we live blended with these parts and healing and in general happiness comes from living in the self. meditation or talking to your parts and journaling, all of these are methods, these are toolkits to get you Into Self. I do recommend starting out IFS and trying out IFS but if you can't then there are books like the no bad parts which I am reading currently or you are the one you have been waiting for.
