Pressure can be helpful to some degree, if used in the right way. But also unhealthy when you start thinking about the gravity of letting people down. So we have a saying here at the p l o, i you come to the p l L, you'regoing to be building lights. You'renot going to be directing traffic. And so there's a lot of people, if you don't do well, that you let down. I try to practise some stoicism.
