What Does the Ideal Look Like?
The feeling of inclusion is defined as well-being, happiness and ability to bring their full self to an organization. A lot of it is driven by what senior management role models and sets as commitments and tone. When you have direct line managers who are equipped to know how to create safe spaces, that can make a big difference. And then there are some policy things, which are a little bit more, I would say, table stakes, but we don't see all organizations having them.
