Do You Have a No Check List?

i always feel like i want to deliver, but just because someone asks something it's a little bit easier to say no. For me, i can tell you i will fulfil the commitment, and i'm not going to let someone down if i agree to do it. But i also try to take steps then to make sure it doesn't happen. I mean, mike and i are in a masterman group, and i just made a public statement in the group about a certain type of work that i said i will never do again.
