Is There a Poultry Quota System?
Poultry marketing board for the industrial poultry industry, they have this quota system. But what i'm doing, direct marketing and raising birds outside, does not fit any of those regulations. So that's why they have this permit for up to two thousand broilers per property and up to 300 turkeys per property. Iill raise 300 turkeys, and then i'll raise those 60 pigs we talked about me needing for my market rate now. And then if i ket a dozen lambs a year and direct market six head of beef, that would give me my full time income. It pencils out. The other thing about that is that i can do that on about 15 acres here,
