Observer CLI and Phoenix Live Dashboard

Elixir is an ecosystem that treats observability like the first class citizen. I used to use Observer CLI a lot, but I've kind of phased that out over time in favor of Phoenix Live Dashboard. There's some going open source community members that are very involved in the open telemetry space. For econ, I would definitely put in every elixir app. You could put all these things in there and they don't necessarily slow down the app or do anything. But when you need them, they can really get you out of a pinch.
