The Importance of Making Decisions Along the Way
In the month of May, we were able to sell our short term rental business to our operator. Clint is now the owner of wakeup in Birmingham. He's very motivated to continue to grow it and to give it the time and energy that it deserves. We started this business not to get a big huge chunk of cash that we have to then go find another investment to go reinvest. But we started it for cash flow. And so when we were looking at what is the best way for us to sell this was the best deal for them.
