How to Start a Sauna Post Workout?

Sauna is not where I really recommend people start. A lot of our patients at wild health are very well tuned in and they do this really beautifully on a regular basis. The name of the game was sauna is it's really helpful if you are not over taxing that system. Some people pay attention to their heart rate during their sauna exposure. Those are our bodies cues that you've probably hit that allostatic load point that stress point. You're playing fire there quite literally.
