The Importance of Cross Training
The longer the race that I'm preparing, the more cross training I will add to my training on a weekly basis. So if I'm preparing myself for an ultra, instead of going for two runs a day, I would probably go for a run in the morning and I see back right on the afternoon. And then when it comes to doing other type of cross training that I don't necessarily do for, you know, training motives. It's like I do enjoy climbing. Climbing is such a great force for that, as we were mentioning at the beginning,. The body doesn't really know what kind of the stress is having is, it just know that it's getting stressed.
