The Importance of a Culture of Work

I've never seen a thing where there's been excessive, let's say, bad as you put it, behavior. When people are given a kind of base level of income, they tend to spend on stuff they need as well so it's going to be a mix. I would say go into some of these papers and kind of see for yourself. The idea that all this person isn't in the labor market, 48 hours, 40 hours a week, five days a week, 340 days a year, it sort of, it drives them up the wall.
