Always Outline the Terms of the Contract in Writing

When you get into any type of financial arrangement or business arrangement with any one you care about, make sure the terms of the contract are clear and written out. If you don't have it on paper, it's all opinions and emotions, and sometimes are often distorted facts when things get out of hand. This is something that probably could have worked out if things were outlined clearly. But a some things were misinterpreted, some things were misspoken. Some things maybe we're purposely misinterpreted. And that's what seems to have happened here. So i'm not going to put this person down for not making a contract. I'm just kind of warning, use this story as a warning
