Learning Lisp and Everything in General?

Lisp enables you to write all the other languages on top of it. In my experience, everything has already been discovered and done before in programming. And even if it's not popular or utilized heavily, i can do research on a lot of this by learning liss. It comes down to what i mentioned, juliar. There's probably a paper and some library written many decades ago that already covers it. Is more just breaking that thing down into the concepts. So for me learning react, it was like, oh, these are components its. That was the sort of concept that i was familiar with. The language wasn't preventing me from doing that.
