Bitcoin - Does It Need Layers?
The stock to flow model shows it's difficult to put a number on where we're going to peak and where the range is going to be. I think that's very much in line with my thinking as an Austrian, that yeah, you can't figure out a price for where it's going to get. Right now, Bitcoin is just this asset by itself that trades up and down and it's quoted in dollar terms. But what if Bitcoin grows to this global currency that other government currencies reference for their price or even hold on their balance sheet at the central bank or at the sovereign level? That would give Bitcoin a price and balance sheet relationship with government currencies which they currently don't have.
