He recommends doing more core is like you have to do these brain drain exercises for an hour and then go train a lot of people don't have an hour other time plus an hour to train so I guess he's coming up with some ideas of things you can do while you're training to fatigue the brain sort of cut down on the time yeah. He's been developing an app or working with an app developer to create a form of mental training that as far as I understand that it's sound based rather than one with a screen in front of you. It would be good to see other labs reproduce the results it because that was the other thing that I took from my own personal experiment with it
