I was born susan wilman in 19 75 at nightvale general hospital to edward and donna wilman. Once i was merely susan, and then i communed with the obelisk, and i learned its name. Its name rattled around inside me, and gradually i found myself changed. Hours and days no long meant anything at all. I was removed from the burden of chronology, and i found i had always been. Spread out through the years, i am sim nously at the beginning and the end of time, its seers being the scattered. They are both me as i transform from one creature into another. She was a good person doing her best.
