Of 525,000 social homes that fail to meet the decent home standard, nearly half, 244,000 have a category one safety hazard. The thing which links all of these stories that we've done on housing, it is the same thing. And so yesterday we went down to see that call that you just heard Karen in her council house in Southeast London. It was really noticeable when there was maggots falling across the kitchen surface. Didn't realise it was the mold. Then when there was black areas, then I realised that it was the Mold. Her renders to me and my son's carer were trying to work out. It makes me feel sick thinking about it.
