Dante's Inferno
The way that God punishes you in hell is a mnemonic system. In hell everything is forever, purgatory and all the things are quite like they're going to end one day. Dante gives you lots of elements in the background,. like a sonography, like a sonographer, gives you a lot of elements in the background. So if you close your eyes, you can really paint it in front of you... I think that's the main reason why we have a video game named Dante's Inferno.
