The Sassy Surfer Boy

Kippy was an idealistic kippy girl from Southern California who wrote poetry about boys in the mid 70s. Although she was a flower power type of girl, I lived so close to Disneyland that I could see the fireworks from my window. My path through the teenage love canal was full of unrequited crushes and disappointment. All I really wanted from boys was cuddle or a hug. But they always seemed to want something different.
