How to Run the Board Effectively?
I like to use the tracking board. We have like a comment section. That's where i'll put critical tasks that need to be done. Or if the nurse communicated something to me that needs to be done and i don't want to remember it, i'll tell him, hay, can you put in the comments? Oh, great idea. I say, hay, put border for heppern flush in the comments. And the next timei run the board, i'll see that. And blake, oh, i can knock that out real quickly.
