Coping strategies often involves a level of suffering both physiologically and emotionally because they've been really effective at allowing you to cope with what you were going through. There's no quick fix um essentially and that can be yeah really really challenging to work through. Eating disorders binge eating and food addiction are not really addressed I think this is such an important question to unpack as there is so much stigma and shame around food addiction.
