Too much complexity from multi-cloud was something that many people didn't anticipate. The more services we have out there that are running, the more it's going to cost us. Many enterprises didn't anticipate these costs, so they see the cost overruns coming in. We got a cost issue, we got to figure out how to solve the cost issue.
