What Is Nihilism?

The idea of suffering comes from unmet expectations. If you have no expectations, then you can minimize suffering perhaps. And the last reason that I've found here is that nihilism promises certainty. So if there's no meaning anywhere, then you don't have to continue this fruitless search for an ultimate source of meaning.
