Dentist by profession and a self-development nerd by passion. We’re debt-free (mortgage included) and I’ve scaled back to working 12 hours per week. I’m deeply passionate about financial freedom, time freedom, and emotional freedom. I am endlessly fascinated by how we can shift ourselves internally, and radically change our perceptions and experiences. Much of our interaction with the world around us is filtered through the lens of our (often negative) mental chatter. Through a combination of medical knowledge, tools for nervous system regulation, and a lot of trial and error, I’ve drastically improved my baseline mood and have teachable tools to return to it.
