How to Engage People in Data Science

Most people want to be involved when asked and given a reasonably sized task. The first question you should ask is, well, who do we need to get involved? And the second question is, and how do we do that right from from the very beginning? But by the way, engage people is not included in a lot of them. It should have been the first one.
