Is Inquiry Based Learning the Best Approach?

An algorithm is really important. And still to this day, for the most part, we see that most students benefit from using the standard algorithm. But there are some schools that will emphasize some of the partial algorithms. If students have really practiced those so that those are their go to algorithm, students do well with those as well.
