How to Survive When You're Burned Out

We go into that space where that would be freeze, right? Or I guess a form of flight too, isn't it? So that can be fight, flight, freeze and some call it say a fourth one is fun. We need to set boundaries even to, you know, oh my gosh, I'm burned out. That's healthy. There's nothing wrong with that. You have to allow some space for those responses to show up. If you repress that, then there will only be more tension and more energy that's stuck in your body. The extra stress is not helping at all.
