The first lawsuit was an experience with a handyman. We had hired to do work at our property as handyman relationships do it gradually fizzled out. And then several years later we get served by a lawsuit him complaining he slipped on the stairs and one of our properties. He also said, oh you were also my employer at the time and you owe me workers comp. But I realized I don't want to be in this position where I don't have evidence to defend myself.
