The Advantages of Being an Introvert
I'm an introvert and I love talking with people but there's a point where I just need a long time to recharge that being with people too much tends to drain me. A lot of people misunderstand they think introverts like they don't want to talk to people or they're not good communicators which is patently false. Listening as is one of the skills we start talking about in our leadership program because it's very fundamental to all the other things in terms of leadership. The advantage of introverts is that since we do spend time alone more so time than extroverts that were we like to spend that time thinking.
