i appreciate you answering the question, because i do think im, you can do a lot of sewing without interfacing. A lot of times, interfacing things like collars is about getting them to be stiffer,. But of course, if you're hand sewing, you already have that control, and you can manipulate things a little easier. You can't now, i'll tell you another time.
