The Disengagement of the Disney Corporation
The device that CV would engineered into the Anaheim park, in my opinion, was disengaged in 1982 and it has not been active since then. And we've seen a decline in the physical quality of the park, the experience, the quality of the experience has been a decline. But at the same time, you have seen the Disney Corporation become growing to this monster, this rat almost. This all started as they pushed the family out. It goes back to the Michael Eisner era when he first started running.
