- Restructuring your water doesn’t have to be expensive - you can do it with a few simple steps at home with things you already have. A few easy ways include adding sea salt to the water. As a result, the water's molecular structure can be altered or organized in a way that enhances its properties. Lastly, speaking to your water before you drink it also helps alter the water’s frequency so that it is coherent with what your body needs.
- Water may be clear, but it’s so much more than its chemistry - Its frequency profile has to be coherent with your body for it to properly benefit you. To learn if the water you are drinking resonates with you and your body, pause and acknowledge how the water you ingested is making you feel right after you drink it. Does it make you feel thirsty? Does it make you feel hydrated? Does it make you feel happy? If you don’t feel hydrated after drinking water, then the frequency of the water you are drinking is not coherent with what your body needs at that moment.
