How to Organize Synchronous Communications

I'd say that about 80% of everyone can find a time in my calendar and those that can't have real important reasons why they can't. So I think it's important to explain that in the calendar invitation when you send it out. Knowing your audience and knowing who you're writing to and sending the link to is really important, but finding ways to facilitate those synchronous communications in a way that doesn't take two, three, four emails backwards and forwards trying to find a time is also really important.
