What's the Future of Health Care?

We've wev really got to the point where the corp standard is a stable process. We're still building it out and saying we' cover more and more of health care. But increasingly our focus is on market. How do you get this stuff to actually happen in different countries? Every country is its own problem. And so that's econe of the smi main focus as a community lead is what are building communities that solves those problems, rather than building communities that build capacity?
