Time and task management are objective things, but energy is not. We lose sight of things like attention or expectation if we get stuck between those. Do an inventory of every major area of your life into an iventory on a one to ten how's it working? Now you will have the energy to focus on the tasks in the areas that you're struggling with. So really think of it like a giant chessboard.
It's never fun to feel as if you're stuck. But there might be some advantages to getting stuck that you may not see, especially when you're actually in that state.
