Hedera is a kind of IV that when you look at it forms a very similar structure to what the hash graph algorithm does in terms of how it writes the data, how it connects. Hedera's governing council is today about 30 of the world's largest enterprises and research institutions like top tier universities. The voting mechanisms that are put in place ensure that one or two people can't be driving the direction of the network.
