What on God's Green Earth Goes to Wrong?

The timing of the second goal, I struggled to recall who scored it. Liverpool probably should have become the first team to have scored eight goals past them in a single game. They could easily have broken double figures yesterday. Every time they attacked, they looked like scoring and United just kept on repeating the same mistakes. The longer the sport went on, the bloodier it got. In the end, it was death by 1,000 cuts. There was just a total lack of discipline. Nobody wanted to take responsibility at that stage. It was just an extraordinary capitulation. We must start somewhere. And we must ask the simplest of questions, is what on God's green earth went to wrong
