But i did want to spend a little time in joshua nine, because it's this great little story about a group of people called the gibeonites who have an interesting trick up their sleeve. In verse four, they were crafty. They went and made as if had been ambassadors. O, we're not from around here. We're from a far country. And now all the other kings of canaan are starting to freak out, like the heart is melting again like water. Like, no, that didn't work so well after all
