Is There Still a Lot of Polling in the States?

CNN's John Sutter says he didn't expect Sarah Palin to win in Alaska. Polls predicted a landslide for the Democratic candidate, but it turned out to be closer than expected. He also predicts that Democrats will do well in mid-term elections this year.
