Is There a Failure Mode?
One thing i've seen fail really badly, and i should flag that this is like a case where the lore of equal and opposite advice bites ready hearts. This can be really valuable when it works - but there is a failure mode it seems really important to be aware of. And that failure mode looks like missing one of the tasks and then task becoming really eversive.
