Real estate is an asset class, right? And sometimes it outperforms other ones. So I do like that. But I tend to like the liquid real estate investment trust that you can get in and out of on a daily basis if you need to. We're not really experts at these two funds so we can't really advise you on that. It's just another asset class that can work well with your other asset classes.
