Solitude is one of the five things to do when you are feeling off. Find a place in your house where you can be alone, close the door and dedicate that time for yourself. I actually have made a lot of use of noise cancelling headphones. And i put em on, and they cancel a lot of noise, and i'm able to get really quiet. When we come back to a state being, it is facilitated mostly, almost always, by silence. Solitude allows us to integrate the very things we're running away from.
